Is there a way to check the timing via a timing light?
The car did sit unplugged for awhile and I do have a srt Intake and ecu
also i upgraded the alternator and changed out brake master cylinder

Its smooth if I give it Gas idles very rough
above 1000 feels fine just very very rough at low RPM

sounds like you're off a tooth, or a sensor is damaged while you were servicing your engine.

check for vacuum leaks as you probably might have unplugged a few to get to other components around the brake master cylinder

Dont trust the tachometer. Get a scanner that can read live data and it will show you, your true RPM. In park should be 750+ and in drive should be about 500+.
