the tires should fit fine for the wheels. you do not need any fender work. get the staggered set.

ok one more question lol, how about 245/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear (or even 275 for that matter with the staggered set?

hmm that's is going to be quite beefy, im looking for a site that shows you the wheels and how different tires look on it.
