Sorry if that was confusing, but you asked... Basically, just years of hard work with virtually no expenses.

Well my trick was to start working early at the age of 14 for cash. Once I turned 16 I got a job working at Foot Locker doing about 35 hours a week. Saved up a good $12k by the time I turned 17 and bought myself the GS. I turned 18 and got a full time job at USPS, and through connections, I started at 13 dollars an hour; I kept the Foot Locker Job for the weekends bringing in about $600 a week, give or take a few. Didn't really have any expenses other than gas and insurance costs. I was able to save up a **** load of money so I bought an 05 330Ci ZHP. My father had an LS460 but was moving to Canada and had me take over everything, including the LS. I took that LS along with the BMW and traded it in for an LS460L of the same year and the dealer paid me the difference. I quit my jobs at both USPS and Foot Locker when I was offered a job from a high end car dealership, which I choose not to disclose. My father moved back home because he thinks Canada sucks. I paid him back for the ride with the new money I was making along with the money I got back from the trade in and he picked up another LS460.
Sorry if that was confusing, but you asked... Basically, just years of hard work with virtually no expenses.

I'm interested in more of a street car setup, a wild one, but not fully custom. I'm really considering going with an awd automatic (automagic) setup. Much more consistent with smoother power delivery. Doesn't break **** quite as often. Check out these guys: C Dub Talons - Midwest's fastest street cars
