My car has 68k miles, what plugs to get and where (they have to ship to Canada)?

You guys don't have a local store/shop there like Autozone, Napa, O'Reilly (Kragen)? You can also go check NGK's website. Order online or at your local dealer.

You're not due to change your spark plugs yet unless you really want to. Not until 90k or 110k. I'm not sure exactly.

according to Sewel's website its 60k
