Default Cold Weather

Hello, maybe someone can shed some light on why only in cold weather does my car not want to start and I have to use my jump pack. All summer had no problems with her starting. Now that I'm using my heater, every morning she is dead?? What could be using that much power that my car is drained? I am clueless so any help would be appreciated.

thanks
angie

How's the battery? Is it old, it may be time for replacement.

I took my battery to advance and they said it's good, and replaced the alternator this past March. also ,my dash light ( fog indicator) came on recently, didn't know if that would have anything to do with it.
