My GS430 has the Pioneer factory radio, and I've got the presets for my local FM stations set ya know. I've got my rock stations set on FM1 and some R&B/Hip-Hop stations set on FM2. There's one station here in Charlotte, 97.9 that is just too hot for preset memory. It'll stay preset for a couple days sometimes, and then change itself to 104.7. So I've been tinkering with it a few months. I'll set every preset to be 97.9. The next day, 3/6 of them will be set back to 104.7. Repeat the process, maybe 1/6 will revert back to 104.7. There's no rhyme or reason to it. It'll happen while flippin' thru stations even - I'll have it on 97.9 and check another station, then go back to the 97.9 preset and BAM! it's back to christian country time.

Interesting notes. This only happens with 97.9, and always goes back to 104.7.

i thought i was special until now. for me it jumps from 98.7 to 93.5. i'm going to try another headunit to see if the problem still occurs.

Man, that's devotion. It don't bother me enough to replace the HU. It does make me feel a lil better knowing I'm not the only one at least. I've never heard of anyone else having this issue though.
