Thumbs up just purchased

Hello everyone

After sitting on the fence for a couple of months I just purchased my first lex. I am now the proud owner on a cinnabar gs4 1998. She is loaded with Hid's, spoiler, alloys and Nav. This ought keep my away from car lots for the next 4 or 5 years atleast.

I am planning a few mods like the sterring ecu, performance shocks, I am more in crusing than racing and performance enhancement.

As a new lex owner I have a million questions.

Where is the best place (other than the dealer) to get replacement keys, owners manual, and cd changer cartridges?

How do you guys feel about the k&N air filter?

What is the widest tire that will fit on the stock alloys?

Thanks Keith

Congrats!

Keys - eBay?

Manual - eBay or dealer

K&N drop in filter - many have one, no probs.

Widest tire, some have done 255, some 265 on back (crazy imho on an 8" rim) - I don't see the point in going wider than 245.

Owners Manual - can be requested for free from Lexus website if you register as an owner, or call the 800 number above. When registered, you get to see information about the vehicle when it was sold by the dealership brand new.
