Default Camber issue , tires wearing too fast!

I apologize in advance for a thread that has probably been created numerous times but I don't have time right now to search and this is kind of an emergency. I am lowered on df210 springs and my inner tires ( right where the edge meets the flat surface is wearing really fast on both front and rear. Is my only option to buy adjustable control arms for the front and rear so I can straighten out the wheels?

New alignment specs at bottom

Your issue probably lies more so with toe, rather than camber. Toe is what will kill your tires. When I was on my Stech's (granted you're a bit lower), the alignment shop was still able to get my camber and toe within factory specs.

Yeah, my current suspension set up is Bilstein HD's, Tein S-Techs, and Sage RCA's (-2.5" drop up front). The alignment shop had my camber at -2.0 and -2.1 and was still able to zero out the toe.

So an alignment should do it? That's good to hear. I believe my camber is -1 when this guy measured it.

here is a pic where you can kind of tell.

Also stupid question, should I get an alignment with my aftermarket 18's or my stock 16's. I have my 16's on now because I don't have new tires yet for the 18's so I was just curious if it would make a difference aligning on the 16's. I know it probably wont, but just making sure!

i always get my alignments done with my 16's on. as long as your 18s are balanced correctly it should all be fine.

someone correct me if i'm wrong

If your camber is at -1.0 and you have tire wear, then it's definitely related to toe. Hell some Cars like the M5 are spec'ed up to -2.0 from the factory .

I got my car aligned a week ago, let me know if you think the improvement will solve my problems ...
Front:
LF -1.9 camber ...0.06 toe
RF -1.5 camber ...0.07 toe
Total Toe =.13 BEFORE -.36

Rear:
LR -2.0 camber... .06 toe
RR -1.7 camber... .05 toe
Total toe .11 BEFORE .24

ok i am not sure if u done suspension rehab on the front of not.....but from the looks of it .....i dont think so....

to me it looks like you need lower control arms and radius arms and possible lower ball joints.... for being just on springs...the alignment looks kinda bad

I am lowered on teins which is not that much less then the df210's..... before i did the suspension rehab in the front and changed all above parts i had same alignment problems and killing tires....now my camber went from 1.7-1.9 just like you ...to 0.7-0.9

i change ....
lower control arms
radius arms
ball joints
tie rods
strut mounts
shock insulator
kyb shocks

Are you saying my camber is bad? I'm not worried about the camber but the before and after of the toe seems drastic enough to help my tires out. The guy doing alignment said I would need new control arms and tie rods though but he said the tire wear will be ok now.

your camber is nothign im -3.5 in the rear and -3.0 in the front and my tires last me about 20k miles, its all about toe.. any good alignment guy knows that.. all you have to do when you have a lot of neg camber is toe in to help compensate.. also when you get your alignemnt done you want to be on the wheels you are going to be driving on..

Your points have already been covered and I already had an alignment , but the alignment guy said that it shouldn't matter what wheels I got the alignment on.

only true if you don't have tire/fender clearance issues.
