Default quote for fixing up from scratch

alright. so i have an 05 gs300. pretty much completely stock.

only thing i got is:
-sound
-hid fogs
-clear sidemarkers/ few LED's inside.

so yeah pretty much 100% stock. i get these urges to fix up my car after i see all you guys with some damn right BEAUTIFUL rides. and with eos coming, its kinda emberassing and ****ty that ima be probably the only one rolling on complete stock. im a 20 year old college student with little to no income most of the time. but usually i can manage to save up or get money when i want to. however to take on the project of fixing up my whole car would take idk how much which discourages me.

so this is her now:

id like to get her to a:

-white paint job
-dropped (just enough to make give it a good look)
-new wheels

what would be an estimate that you more experienced guys would say would cost me to get this done.

If i were you, i would tint it and get a set of eibachs or tein s-techs springs that can ride on stock shocks. Leave it at that and worry about finishing school and get a good job. Cars will always be there. Just my 2 cents.

if you want a white gs, why not just sell yours and BUY a white one....? i actually think this would be cheaper than repainting as a PROPER repaint job can easily be like 5k +

please dont think of painting it unless you want to properly do it which will cost a whole lot of money. if you dont like the color just put it up for sale.

But in all seriousness bro, I'm in college to so i understand the financial and pyhsical work schedule that goes along with it. If you dont like the color of your car sell it and pick up a car with the color you want it'll be cheaper. And if you don't have the money to mod your car then DONT do it! School is the most important thing right now. Not a 10 year old lexus!

nice clean car!!!! wrong color ....although if done tastefully ...could turn out into a nice GOLD GS...seen a few on here...

My opinion and from what seems everyone else's opinion ....sell that one and get another one in the color u want...there are many many out there

BUT MOST IMPORTANT finish school and F the car....

Get some DF210's for the drop. They're nice springs and give a great drop to take away a good amount of the space between tires and the body of the car.

Do that and get some nice rims that you like and it'll look great.

As far as the color switch.. Be easier to sell it and get a white one, but IMO that's a nice clean GS. I'd just keep that and do what I want to it. My 2 cents, but it's your car do what you feel and gl.

with the right wheel and aero, champagne isn't too hard of a color to work with.
