Fuel Pump Or....?
A week ago it rained pretty bad in Phoenix...well cutting to the point I drove through a street which went high n' low where the water was pretty high in the low parts, but everything was still well. The next day...the car wouldnt even start. Not even clicking...so I got a jump when it started within seconds. Got the battery checked...was fine...so few times i got it jumped...now the car starts but I first put the key in and turn...let it sit there, I can hear the fuel go through few times. I know I can start the car when the radio starts to come on and then I can start the car but doesnt start right way....it makes that hasitating sound then it starts. so its not the battery, cause it stars. cant be the alternator cause the car starts. I dont think its the starter. Im thinking its the fuel pump. So if some can shine some light on that to confirm...and is there way to fix instead of replacing...Thanks for reading. I guess everything happens for a reason, cause when the car didnt start, I checked the radiator fluid which was bone dry....which could have led to more ****ty problems.

its the starter ..... from what i understand what u saying.... fuel pump works or doesn't....if there was no fuel it would just turn and not start......why it works when the car gets jumpstarted ...well its because the extra juice in the system ....the starters most of the time are still good its just the connection that gets bad .....what do u have ?? gs300 or 400 or 430???? if its a 300 u in luck ...its not that bad to change it if its a 400 or 430...well i can do it in like 2-3 hours but the shops will charge u 4-5hrs for labor maybe 6 plus price or starter...
