Default Starting issues....

Well a couple of times this week when i tried to start my car it didnt start like it usually does. Took a couple of times but it finally started. It cranks over but just wont run. Well anyways, this morning i tried to start it and it just cranks........ thats it. Tried and tried but it wouldnt start. I know that it isnt the transponder. It has a full tank of gas too. Took the wifes car and ran errands, came back and tried to start it again, it fired right up!

WTF? Any ideas? I called my buddy at lexus and he didnt really have any ideas.

Any info would be appreciated!
