Last night while at the gas station I noticed there was a metal rod sticking perfectly straight out of my front bumper. I honestly have no idea how it got there, but I can't imagine it happened while I was driving on the freeway...I would have heard the noise. So I'll have to assume my car was vandalized.

i just got off the phone w/ my insurance company and they told me to go to a shop of my choice for repairs. Can anybody recommend a good body shop in the San Diego area? I'll post pictures of the damage later, but once the rod is removed, there is going to be a nickel size hole in my bumper. Can this be repaired, or will I need a new bumper?
