i may try to tackle it today with the help of my brother. if im able to do so, i'll take some pics as well and maybe we can combine our experiences to help others with an interest in this mod.

^I ran into the same problem. chances are it wont work on an older (98-2000) GS anyway, atleast if its similar to the one i was looking at at one point.
