Actually, that promo code is for 15% off, not $10 off. And everything online is 20% off anyways. And yes, you can stack them for a total of 35% off.

the promo code IS for 15% off but since he said he bought LED's for his interior maybe he bought enough that he did get $10 off

well im not sure how much percentage it was but, i had a total of around $80 and then typed vleds in and saw that $10 bucks was taken off from the total
