Anyway, I got some new specs to ask about.

Please feel free to give me some opinions on the style of these two wheels as well as recommended tire sizes and necessary fender mods involved. I need to make a decision on a set before the wife finds something else to do with my money! oh yeah i will def be on coilvers! Probly Nex....I like the spring rates.

Super aggressive going to need an *** load of work to fit, lots of camber lots of pulling fenders and quarters

rears will fit fine no rubbing, fronts will need fenders rolled, pulled, and camber

 

This isn't so super aggressive. Youll maybe need a roll (recommend shaving rear) and stretched tires. But itll work.

they seem two totally different styles/looks too.

 

Springfield Gardens, five minutes away. Good pizza and Chinese food is in NY but I'll trade that for better roads.

DY-77C , the offsets you picked, you should be fine. I think they might be sunken in the fender in the rear. Probably need spacers to fill the space. I'm sure the pros will chime in for the proper answer.
DY-37c , if you picked the lower offset, probably just need the standard roll in the front and shave in the rear.

Those are not aggressive at all. Should be tucking just a little bit on the first set of rims. Roll and shave

Put it this way EVERYONE who wants to get rims? Roll and shave. It will fit nearly all your wheel questions. Rolling+shaving is a precaution as well and it allows you to get a variety of different wheels so why not do it.

If you are getting super aggressive wheels, such as the single/negative digits then you should know you'll be doing some fender work.

 

I appreciate the feedback. Now that I look. Ack in this thread the answer is pretty much shave and roll. I think I was wanting more info on tire size than anything else.

 

If you want answers about tires. It all depends on you, you like stretch? mild stretch? Beefy? etc etc.

 

At this point I think it's just a matter of what you like. Buy the wheels, test fit them with your suspension setup and roll / shave as needed.

BTW, nobody made any comments about the two styles I chose.

T's whatever you like. If you want mild you can go 225/30 on 9 and 245 on the 10 for mild.

 

Hey I was wondering about maybe a 20x11+35 in the rear. Think it will fit? Varrstoen just came put with 20" 113s

Can a 5x115 fit with adapters or something? Just curious to see if SRT8 300c wheels could fit pretty decently.....
