Default Wheels

It's 45mm offset from what I have read on the specs online. So I am wondering if the 18x8.5 50mm offset IS350 wheels will fit properly up front on my GS where I am currently running 18x8 45mm offset??

Thanks,
Rock

Ya you should be good bro, if you wanna make sure check and see if you have about an inch of clearance in between your inner tire and wheel well if you do then it should fit fine no spacer needed, cuz it's only around 11mm more positive offset than your current setup if I'm not mistaken which is a little less than half an inch. Someone please chime in and correct me if I'm wrong, sc300jz you know your stuff what do you think?

Default wheels

Okay, so if i have an inch of clearance behind the tire to the wheel well, I should be good to go? Any issue with the brake calipers that you might know of??

Thanks,
Rock

Hi, this is my first post in lc. I have GS400 and I want to buy rims. I found STERN TOURING SPORT

ST2 20. My question is are they fit on my car with out rolling the fenders, and wich size of wheels

should I go with. I am on budget.

I commend you for at least making your first post in the right section (which is more than I can say about a lot of members here), But bro... You gotta give us more details.. These wheels are they used or you're buying new? and if used what is the width and offset?

I'm looking and searching and i really cant figure out what rim size/ offset/ lip that i want or need. When buying a rim what do you consider first? I'm confused on this offset thing. All i want is a 4 to 5 inch lip in rear and a 3 to a 3.5 inch lip on the fronts with minimum fender mods. I'm willing to roll fronts and shave or roll rears. I don;t want to pull or radius cut anything I want it to look stock as possible with out ruining the body, The fronts i'm not to worried about since i can always buy new fenders. I'm on air, so i would like to ride low and tuck. any advice or threads i may have missed would be appreciated. I want either 19's or 18's don't know what width or offset that would fit my needs? There's to much info involved in finding the right fitment...Also what is all involved in with a low or high disc when it comes to wheel offset?

^It all depends on what you want. There is a LOT of information, but if you read enough you'll understand.

IMO, offset in the low 10s or high single digits. Im 9.5 + 5 tucking tire, and 10.5 +5 tucking about a inch or two of rim. Static though.

should be good. i think its safer to do 235 or 245/35 instead of 255

Im coming from the sc world but I think I could pull this off. On my gs300 I plan on running 20's. In the front im gonna be running 20x9 and in the rear 20x11. Now offset is what getting me! So far im leaning between 13mm offset all the way around and 15mm. Some may call me crazy but im going to be doing it big in the great state of texas.
