You can't unplug the primary two O2 sensors, the ecu will freak out and usually you will end up getting crap gas mileage. Basically the engine has no idea whats going on in terms of how rich or lean it's running. So it just dumps extra fuel in there just in case. The secondary O2 sensors are just to verify if the cats are working properly or not. If those aren't plugged in, it will just throw a CEL but it won't really adversely affect the gas mileage.

I dont want to disagree with the great JeffTsai but...lol
No but really, I have been running with no 02's for almost a year, and yes, it did initially make it run richer, but a CAI is known to cause it to run slightly lean, which basically canceled it out. I DID have it tested with a wideband 02 and my car is running almost like stock (A/F wise) just a tad richer.
So while I dont recommend just anyone unplug their 02's...I know it has worked great for me (sense my o2's are beyond repair...I would need a complete wiring harness to get them working). So in this case I would suggest the OP just unplug bank 2, and if that didnt work (and IF he has a CAI..idk) try unplugging bank 1, but only as a last resort.

Then I would just suggest unplugging bank 2 and reset the ecu and see how it does

So i haven't pulled any codes yet as i haven't gotten a chance to meet with my buddy and have him run a scan on it. However i have been getting silly gas mileage still averaging about 40 miles on a quarter tank, starting all the way on Full. Is it a possibility that my primary O2's went to sheet ? the car runs fine however bun it runs extremely rich, you cant even be behind it when the car is on.

Ok finally got around to pulling a code and it was P0161, which was the bank 2 sensor, in which i mentioned earlier had the wire that is completely cut. Nothing on the bank 1 sensors, wondering if i should still replace them at 152k miles.
