Yea, I have the same problem. It happens every once in a while, I think there may be something catching the sensor (like a garage door opener) and it thinks something is in the way, so it opens back up for safety... All you have to do is right before its about to close all the way, lightly push up with your finger on the back side of the window very close to the edge (helping it close) doesn't take much pressure, and it goes up no problem. Probably wont have the problem again. It's happened just a few times on me.

the other guess, is that there may be a problem with the actual switch, but since the finger thing works [for me] I dont think so now go try it

ive experienced that with my IS250 before...lucky i had homies who are Lexus techs at the dealer...it has something to do with programming. i never asked, but i watched my friend do some "holding the **** there for a few seconds" thing and it was good.

it may just be out of timing. push the button to open the sunroof and hold it till it opens all the way. the push the button to close it and hold it closed till it closes all the way, still holding the button closed. the sunroof will open again, close again, tilt open, tilt closed and then stop. (you were still holding the close button the whole time). the one touch should be fixed. if it's not, see your dealer, lol.
