GS - 2nd Gen (1998-2005) Discussion about the second generation GS300, GS400 and GS430 (1998 - 2005)

Too long for warn up engine, please help.

Ulises, how much did the gas cost back then for that $11 fillup?

My gs300 with recent cold nights is starting at 1800(heat/ac off) or almost 2000(heat/ac on). Actually i did notice that with recent oil change RPMs are a bit higher at cold idle....

yea its the same for my 2002 GS300 its nothing serious man its completely normal.

Just started her up after one week of sitting in 14°F (-10°C) weather. RPMs jump to 1400rpm right after start-up and then after 3 seconds, it goes down to 1200rpm.

Are you guys running on 0W30?

well not to tread jack but in a nut shell when gas was a whopping 1.09 or so and the tank only took about 12gallon and i was on a quarter before empty 1.6 liter four banger so yea about 11 or so never pass 15 at times ,,,those where the golding days
