Default Help with Check engine light

Hi Guys

I have a check engine light on on my 01 gs430,i ran the scanner on it and heres what came up.

po128-coolant thermostat problem.

po135-o2 sensor heater circuit fault b1 s1.

po440-Evap system vault

po 441-evap system incorrect purge flow.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to deal with these problems or had to deal with these codes before.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Had this problem before. You got a loose vacuum hose that came loose. Easiest way to search for the hose is take off the engine cover. My loose hose was under the engine cover on the driver side connecting to the vacuum test hose(has a cap and looks like a tire valve stem nipple).
