Hi All-

My 1994 GS300 developed an odd problem over the past few weeks. When I signal right (it doesn't happen on lefts), the center console lights will sometimes flicker. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

No don't have that problem

faulty or loose wiring maybe..... something like that , should be a minor prob.

Thanks for the replies. It seems like the problem has to do with the turn signal switch. My brother is good with these sorts of things and he said he would look at it.

Yep, among other things, I am MECP certified. I think we can sort it out.

dude,

this is a common problem with first gen gs300's. their console lights always die or the needles flicker. if you want the needles to stop flickering, you should dim down the brightness a bit. but be warned tho, if you decide to pull the meters out, there are 3 plugs in the back. once you pull them out and plug them back in when you are done, your airbag light will come on. that means that your airbag won't work. you will need to get it reprogrammed at the lexus dealer and it costs like 85 bucks. just fyi.

Thanks for the input. The problem I'm having isn't the needle or the speedo display. It's kind of odd, but the center console lights for the AC and stereo are what flicker.
