Default Aftermarket Radiator or OEM

I need a new radiator for GS300 1999. I'm wondering is it worth to buy an
after market radiator does it perform as OEM or stay with original OEM parts.
All inputs will help in my decision of what to buy. Thanks

OEM radiator is very expensive. I would opt for an aftermarket radiator such as one from Koyo. My friend got one for his GS400 and he said the fitment was perfect. I've used Koyo for my other cars and they perform just like OEM.

You are right GSteg OEM radiator is very expensive. That's why I'm leaning my decision towards aftermarket ,just 5t341th & you said koyo is the brand to get. I know OEM serve me for almost 12 years until yesterday when it cracked. But if aftermarket can do it even half of it or more years then I'm sold for the price of it THANK'S a lot to your reply.

I've been in many car wrecks, and 3 of them requiring a new radiator. No way I would get OEM, the dealer will rip you off. Ive been running aftermarket with no poblems. Go for it

I went with a Koyo also. Great fitment. Just be sure to ask for the radiator cap that fits properly. That was my only issue. Good thing I live next door to a shop that carries them.

I put a koyo replacement in my wife's old honda a few years back and it fit fine and worked well. Price was right and it looked good too..

Oh, and it came with the proper cap. Not sure if some models don't ship with a cap included or if it's separate per the post above...

I was able to use OEM cap for all the Koyo radiators. My friend even used the OEM GS cap and it fits perfectly.
