You're not the only 1, I feel your pain! Then again, it's still a "LEXUS", and how many of your friends can say they have 1 or 2? Hell, none of my friends can say that. So I'm still ahead of the game.

Also, I don't get why people call the 300 a$$ slow. If they drive one they'll see it's actually got some kick to it. Not 400 kick, but it's definitely got some. Rambling on ...

 

Brendanlim: Man, I hear ya. When I first bought my GS300 new I was so excited but then a few months later I realized I could have afford a used GS400 easily. Now I don't let that whole power issue get to me. I slapped on some TEIN CS legs and some 19" Lowenhart shoes so I'm good to go. And of course, other mods... Now when people look at my car they don't ask why I bought a 300. They say," damn,..your car looks sweet". And knowing there's a turbo out for our cars makes it even sweeter!

You've got a beautiful car, UTGS400. I love cinnabar, and the gold emblems look fantastic on it. I bet those L-Tuned wheels really complete the package. Keep it that clean, and you've got my vote for one of the nicest looking GS's around!

Iceman- The L-Tuned Wheels do make my GS look great. I will have to post some pics with those wheels...there is a world of difference.

 

I hate the gold package. Not just on the Lex, but on every car. fake GOLD on a car looks bad IMO. But on your car, it blends in really nicely with the cinnabar. How, i dont know... but it looks really chik.

Hell, I have a 400 but took the badges off, and I hear people's comments about "he's fronting a GS 300" like a GS 300 is just the worst thing or something.

Great looking color and car. I'm suprised that a UT man would get a SOONER colored car. Well at least you can tell them it's the color of this years national champion football team.

You caught me...when I was buying my car, the only thing that went through my mind was "damn, I really need to find the sooner red GS." I figure it might keep my car from being vandalized again this year at the UT/OU game. Last year some OU @#$#@ destroyed my car. They broke two windows, ripped up my leather seats, and wrote crap all over my windows. You guys have some great people who attend your school.

This year I probably won't even go to the game due to last year, and if I do, atleast I know better then to have anything showing that I go to UT.

 

On behalf of the moron who damaged your car (if they were a sooner) I apologize for their utter stupidity. The game is the greatest ever, however, that's just stupid. There is a church on the main drag to the stadium, maybe 2 blocks west. The pastor sat out and watched the cars during the game. No crime or foul done on my car. Good luck this year. At least we have one thing in common........Love the GS4.
