Ok if you buy the whole kit how do you know which bushing for the caster arm. I am totally new to this

No worries. Everybody starts somewhere right!? The bushings for the caster arm are the biggest ones, and are one solid piece. All the other bushings for the LCA #1 and UCA are two pieces and much smaller.
Made a great difference though! Do it!
