Hahahaha. No worries, and that's why I said widen your search. When you're looking at 30 miles from you, there won't be much unless you live in Beverly Hills or a few other choice areas. Go nationwide. You can have a car shipped to you for less than $700 if you're willing to wait. Of course, this means relying on the description and the honesty of the seller if they know something is up. Having a good inspection done is well worth the coin.

this one isn't too far from me and englewood cliffs is a great neighborhood so most likely it was taken care of...

the pricing is about right, 2 yrs ago i picked up my 01 with the same mileage for a little less than this price except mine doesn't have navi... i am sure you can them down if you hassle...
