Interior color is right, mileage is good but IMHO to much for the lack luster I6 EVEN a 2003 especially without the nav or what looks to be any of the options

but again just my opinion

welcome to the club, unless u set on the color combos take your time and shop around you can find I6's for better pricing or even V8's for around there

The engine bay pic tells you. the 6 cylinder is a straight six and the v8 is a v8. These engine chooses exist for each model year for the Lexus GS

The price is high given the following
1) the inline six model is cheaper at MSRP and some people think the 6 is not enough to move such a heavy car (drive it and decide for yourself)
2) it's got a major service at 90k miles (timing belt @ 1k to 1.5k) so you gonna have to shell out some maintenance money pretty soon
3) cheap-*** tires on the car

I think it is worth 10k. GL

Wow, that's really cheap...way below kbb. Even if it was fair condition on kbb they go for 10k...What was wrong with it lol

alot of these really nice cars sell for cheap! the reason is; banks are not willing to finance used cars, gas prices scare people when you mention big engines that require 91 octane fuel and most original owners are old and not willing to haggle a sale, they just want it gone.
i picked up my MINT cond. 2000 gs 400, with 52,000 mi. for 11,000. even the loan officer commented on how high b.b. was on that car! KEEP SHOPPING !!! THEY ARE OUT THERE !

That car looks as though it is in great shape. The mileage is good and a silver exterior + black interior = dope. The radio display still seems to be functioning which is also a plus because they've been known to be defunct on some of the 2nd generation vehicles.

The price does seems a little high to me. Doesn't seem like too many options were put on judging by the wheels and absence of NAV. I personally think it's a nice GS but aside from that again it does seem a bit pricey.

I got my 2000 GS300 with 100k flat on the odometer for around $8400 just to give you an idea. And my car had most of the options available for that year.

That car would surely look fly with some new wheels But as always with cars, be patient and do what is best for you.

No reason not to get the 430 for the same price. practically a different car. with interior wood upgrades not available on the 400.
