I'm thinking of replacing the steering wheel in my gs4 with the one from gs3 sports design. Looking for a wooden tan steering wheel with e-shift. my questions are :
1. do gs300 sports design come with tan steering wheel as well? Because I have never seen one, so far what I see are black ones.
2. do I need to replace the airbag with two stages one as 01+?
3. How much would these cost roughly (steering wheel + airbag - if necessary)?

No such thing as a tan, wood steering wheel with e-shift.

You could do the BananaGS DIY if you wanna put the wood on your steering wheel.
