Default Sudden Transmission Issues

My 02 GS3 with ~130k on it suddenly starting having transmission issues. My fluid was serviced regularly with Toyota Type IV fluid. I've never had anything but smooth shifting... however on my recent return to driving my car was driving great one day.. then the next day it seemed like the car was hesitating to get into gear. I would have to apply more throttle until the car would move after coming to a stop. I thought that maybe it was just the extreme cold and the fluid needed some time to warm up. I drove from my house to brooklyn and back (40miles round trip) and the issue continued. By the time I got home it was dark and bitterly cold so the next morning I let the car warm up, drove it around for one mile, let it idle, then checked the fluid. The dipstick came back clean... clean as in no fluid at all. I didn't see any fluid spots on the ground and my car is always parked in the same spot... are there any common areas that may leak? I do not have any aftermarket tranny coolers installed or anything like that. My investigation time was short due to the cold. I'm going to pick up some fluid today and see if topping it off resolves the shifting issue but I still need to know where the fluid is going. It's been about 50k since my last complete fluid exchange. About 25k since my last fluid drain and fill. Any advice on this issue would be great. Thanks guys.

Also, any Transmission shop recommendations in the NYC, Westchester, Long Island areas would be great... hopefully it doesn't come to that.

Found a puddle under the car... due to the rain I can't pinpoint it... maybe a hole in the pin... where would I get a replacement pan for cheap?
