i have a 2000 lexus gs300 and when i press the lock/unlock button on the alarm my lights flash but my horn doesn't sound, is there a way to get it to sound when i set and unset the alarm or is this a cbest thing and only dealer can change that???

Lexus cars don't sound the horn when they lock or unlock... They make a beep sound from a small piezo speaker. One beep for lock, two beeps for unlock. It is not a part of the CBEST settings for any lexus model.
