Interesting. I think the square led pattern looks more oem, but perhaps the circle style pattern has less of a chance of burning out (less led's).

I have them, same ones on Js car in post #22 in this thread. Love them! I do have a indicator light on at the dash but Im sure thats due to the fact that the "inners' do not have resistors on them. They were on the car when I bought it and I believe they are over a year old with no LED issues.

I think you could get the perfect ones at the dealership for $300. I changed my 2000 tail lights with the 2004 (new model) tail lights. I think I paid less than $300 from the dealership.
