Default Well, it looks like I'm going on coils. Slammed members on coils chime in please

Ok, so Ive been rocking my UAS for a while now, and I think air is not for me. The ride isn't as good as I would like for it to be, it's pretty uneven at high speeds, but maybe because I ride looooow. I'll be posting it up soon in the classifieds, if I don't get someone local to buy it.

Ok, I've seen many people who ride slammed on coilovers. I've checked out the "tucking with no air thread" or whatever. How many of you guys wish you had air? I admit, it's very convenient to press a button and clear any driveway/obstacle etc.. but I wan't to ride slammed and have a stable car at high speeds.
When you're slammed, what are the possibilities of going up this drive way? Not mine btw. For illustrative purpose only

I guess, what I'm asking is, how much of a hassle is it to be low on coils? I'm fed up with maintainable on air, and I don't want to deal with it anymore. Thank you for any reply

not many come to the darkside and go back.... hehe

Imo, goin air then back to coils would be difficult. Reason is, you'd be losing: convenience, versatility, parking hard... d:-)

there are many Air clubbers here that drive daily.

hahhahhaa. Love the Picture you posted. but whatever, that is not my house so who cares. The Only two reasons that i cant go low more cuz my A arms are hitting the inner fenders, And i dont want to work on that, to cut and add more spaces...
and the second problem is that i cant Make U turn or Sharp turn. hehehe.
BTW. Im on COIL. Slam that thang. LOL And Im going daily with my ride.

Slow Cuz it's Low

seems like both options have their ups and downs.

from talking to people, its more or less a personal preference. i personally enjoy the ride of coilovers, because i like the "slammed" look and IMO the ride comfort is still there compared to cars on air, at least from my personal experience riding in different setups. most people i know ride anywhere from 1/2 to an inch higher on air then when they used to sit on coilovers while driving.

if i had a drive way like that one tho, i probly would consider keeping air just so its easier for yourself, but if at all possible, coilovers would be what i would choice if you have the option.

Get airrunner, it handes well at high speeds (120 mph)... Change setting to 4.

But I also have trd stabilizers, those help A LOT.

With that driveway, not even a stock car can go up without any damage. That's such an exaggerating picture lol.
