Bigwasum, what type of light bulb do you use for the day lights? and i dont understand the 25,000 K fog lights? I didn't even know they came in that. The reason I'm asking is because it looks pretty frickin sick!
The day light is the only one I didn't change out, it looks like a high power smd led.
i take it your car is Green. Its different, but not my cup of tee. I cant see myself rolling into a dinner or any event thats not a car show/meet and not looking silly
my 98 does not have a capsule, would a lexus dealer have this for my car?
did your 98 come with OEM HID's equipped? if not then this is why....and i said OEM not aftermarket HID's.you cannot replace just the capsule, have to replace the whole fogs

The 98 did not come with OEM hid's, i had to get aftermarket. Its prob easier to get hid yellow fogs then to look for the capsule fog lit kit.

i edited my original post to reflect it saying OEM only HID's. my bad,i thought this was understood
i think (but im not 100% since i dont own one) on the 98's,HID's were a OPTION to add from the dealership(i know in the later years they were a option). just buy some 2001+ yellow fogs because THEY DON'T MAKE A CAPSULE FOG LIGHT KIT, not even sure where you go that from
