oil light
Im not sure if this is normal or not but the oil light the red one stays on for about 4 seconds when i start the car when its warm or cold none of my other cars ever stay on that long so it kind of concerns me. I have a toyota filter on it to so it should have plenty of oil pressure from the cold starts any ideas?

Borrow an oil pressure gauge and make sure you have good oil pressure at start-up. Could be as small as a clogged oil-pressure-sender or as big as an aging oil pump.
Edit: I'm not sure how exactly the Toyota's oil light works but for most car it is just an ON/OFF switch (reads GOOD/DEAD). With that, I wouldn't rely on that light to tell you the health of your oiling system. Get one of these thing instead (if you don't want to deal with getting a gauge), its cheap and it tells you when things are about to take a dump so you can shut your engine off to prevent catastrophic damage.

Here's an adjustable one where you can set the oil pressure that you will get the warning at.
