what kind of tranny and diff fluid?

what kind of tranny and diff fluid and how many quarts does it take for 2001 gs300?
and also what kind of spark plugs i need thanks guys....

I use both tranny and gearl oil from the dealer and get the denso iradium plugs...car feels like a dream
