My personal opinion, this is what CL is all about, looking out for each other. Much respect. Seriously though all CL members should chip in a couple bucks and give this guy his money back for being a honest guy and returning gsing430 his spoiler back. Don't matter if you chip in $5 $10 it'll add up to the $180.

I never saw the ad, couldn't find when i tried to search initially. Maybe Adam still have the craigslist email when he replied.

It was such a relief when i saw Adam's PM
denut-L, You're a stand up person for even bringing this up and making the suggestion! I do owe Adam for contacting and returning it to the rightful owner. I'll keep in contact with Adam if he needs help with anything else as i mentioned to him. I can contribute for his good samaritan act but I can not buy back something that was mine to begin with. Don't get me wrong, I am very grateful for his deeds.

me too.....yeah u shouldn't have to buy your stuff back BUT another member did you a solid favor man. he didn't know it was yours when he bought it, he easily could have just kept it but he didn't. he bought it back took it home to brag about it and then probably saw this post and decided to return it to you.....he shouldn't be out his $ for helping YOU recover your stuff. i mean GSing430 im assuming since you been on here since 2004 your kind of a older cat, this kid is still in highschool i dunno either of your financial means but i doubt $180 would break you. just my thoughts though...
and IM ALSO DONE TO THROW ADAM SOME $ for doing this solid of a favor adam, pm me your paypal and yes im serious and if the others are also maybe if the OP wont "offer a finders fee or reward" we can get you some of your $ back. in this day and age most people wouldn't return it at all.....good to see some honest people still around especially in a young cat.

I work to hard for my money to throw it away. Adam is a stand up type of guys and if hes still in high school kudos to his parents for raising him right. So many young kids now a days dont have any sense in this world. I dont think i would have just given it away for free. Not saying anything bad about the OP i understand his position also bc he initially bought the item. Im down to throw in a few bucks also. I say we should see how many ppl are down so we can split the cost... Good job Adam

GSing430 it would have cost you well over 180 to buy anther one (if you could find one) and then more to paint it to match your car. Adam did you a HUGE favour least you could do is pay him back.

OK guys this is becoming a callout thread.
It's up to GSing430 to figure out what he wants to do and not fair to him to be pressured. Legally when someone buys stolen property they take a total loss when its found and returned to its rightful owner.
