Default Had my GS detailed this weekend.

Some of you might recall, I just picked up this car a few weeks ago with only 65k miles on it. Unfortunately, I don't think the previous owner ever garaged it or detailed it. No dents or deep scratches in the paint, and it was relatively clean, but it was really in need of a full paint correction.

Didn't do it myself, I had it done by www.oakesdetail.com

I had the package III (he lists what goes into the package III on his site).

He used a porter cable and a ton of products. Wax was done by hand.

This is unbelievable! I am astonished to say the least, "oakesdetail" did a great job and this is the definition of the word SKILLS!
Props to the owner for loving your car so much and giving it what it really deserves! It sure does look like it has fresh paint straight from the factory!
Good luck!

Wet sand your muffler tips with 2000 grit and you'll have a brand new car!

Pretty bad swirl marks you had there. The results do look good

Unfortuately with our black cars, swirls and other imperfections are easily seen which is why I detail my own car. If you can spend several hours a day a few times a year then maybe you can try doing it on your own.

It's always worth it to invest in a proper detail! Well done!
