Default electrical problem

everytime i step on my brakes, my headlights seem to dim down a lil. does anyone else have this problem? any solutions? help me out please

could be some kind of short circut with a ground. ive had this problem before with audio equipment. i would hit the brakes and i would blow fuses because voltage got too low.

and i somewhat have a similar problem now. i just did big three and ive noticed that when i hit the brakes my voltage seems to go down (i have a voltage meter in my car) until i let go of brakes. but idk if its bad enough that my lights dim. will have to check out next time i drive. interested to hear what others have to say. but as the above mentioned, its probably a grounding issue. did u redo or take any of your grounds off?

i bought the car it like that but i just barely started to notice that my headlights dim a lil as i press on the brakes

same thing happened to mine, ended up being my battery cable bolts...check that is most likely the problem

Check battery bolts, charging system, battery and grounds. Had the same problem and I had few grounds lose and also my battery wasnt too good. Good Luck !

make sure u remove that corrosion around ur battery terminals too

Never thought loose grounds could cause these sort of problems...

I didn't either, but when I checked and fixed all the symptoms everything worked like how it should have.
