Default Now which spacer

Im currently in the process of shaving my rear fenders in order to make room for a 20mm spacer and im curious on whether I should stop when I get to the screw that holds the fender lining, or do I remove it and keep going till the end.....

MY specs are 19X8.5 +35 and in the rear 19X9.5 +45, and my tire setup in the back is 275/30 and 245/35 in the front, this setup is conservative, this was before the car was dropped so now that its dropped im trying to make it look flush with the rear fender

I'd say just shave the rear as much as you can no ones going to see it anyways..I took the black liner thing off and shaved as much as i could. The last thing your going to want it to shave it and try to put the spacers on and than have to shave more off. just do it once! GL

^^^^^ EXactly I shaved mine to about 1.5mm or less of thick ness for most of the fender since you must factor in roll pitch and toe when backing out of your driveway if its at any angle or putting your car at any angled surface that has multipl planes of wheel contact. Dont just shave the very top of the fender. I went from a half inch above the side skirt panel to a half inch above the rear bumper where it meets the fender.

I removed the black liner off and shaved the rear fender clean.
If your going to shave the rear go all the way, its dangerous to keep the liner with a tiny gap holding the screw.
