For $2,000 here's your cost:
Bumper + Paint = $400
Pass Fender + Paint = $250
Hood + Paint = $300
Front core support and all radiator/support body parts = $650 (these are actual prices from sewellpartsonline.com)
Radiator + Hoses = $250
Grille = $150
Headlights = $300/pair either used OEM or brand new halos
Front airbag bumper/support sensors = $150
Extra parts/labor (suspension parts, paint work) = $700
Fix up minor dents and dings all arond the car (trunk, etc) = $1000
Total parts and labor = $3,150 fixing front end issues/labor/parts and $4,150 fixing the entire car.
So for $2000 + $4000 = $6k you'll have it back on the road.
The good part about the gs is that the parts come in pieces i.e. radiator support so you might be able to salvage some of the parts. If you can do all of the above and find deals here and there you might be able to get away with it for under $5k.
Look on cars.com/autotrader.com and you'll see GS4's with high miles (150k+) are booking for upwards of $8.5k

What about the rear trunk damage that has rust all over it? What about the rear bumper huge dent on the passenger side? That car needs a COMPLETE respray otherwise you will have mismatching paint all over the place. So not worth it.

You forgot to mention that those rates would only be good at some low-end crap-work bodyshop using ****ty paint that will be prone to chipping and more than likely have poor prep work.

Hell no. Idk about where you are but parts to fix a front end are not cheap and every gs in salvage yards are also hit in the front so buying used isn't an option. A friend of mine crashed his gs and it took 6 months to find parts and almost $6000 for parts and paint

I would like to chime into this thread since I've been in more wrecks than anyone here ![Egads!](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/pat.gif)
The last time I fixed my car with damage similar to that, I spent about 2.4GS.. Now, I didnt not buy things from the dealer, but from an aftermarket company who have great quality. I bought everting new except for the hood, which I bought here.
I bought headlights 300/pair
Bumper cover 129
Bumper brackets /25
bumper support /140
1 fender /109
core support /120
radiator /100
Grill only (new) /60
I paid the shop where I took it 1k to instal and paint the whole front end. Many will say that they paint work must have been cheap and so on, but they matched the paint great.
I guess it all depends on what parts are affected and what kind of parts you buy. All the parts where aftermarket OEM replacements. Maybe the labor shaved alot of the price too?![Uhh...](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/1387914497.gif)
Here is a pic for reference
