Default question about trunk of 2GS

hey i have a 2002 Lexus GS SD and it came with the spoiler on the back of the trunk.

I was never a fan of the spoiler on the back of the car.

im wondering if I took off the spoiler on the back would there be holes in the trunk?

Thanks!

Step 1: Remove spoiler
Step 2: Goo Gone the adhesive
Step 3: Wet sand
Step 4: Buff it out
Step 5: Plug the holes

i took mine out and just used black tape to cover the holes for now before the car goes into for bodywork and such.

actually not true, the SD (sport designs) came with a lip spoiler, but as you can see in his avatar it is a regular spoiler. OP if you were to search on here there is i bet a 1,000 posts on people taking thiers off and the process in which it must be done. so for future references just use the search button and you wont gain any negative feed back.

just because yours doesnt, doesnt mean they all dont. it might be a factory option though. your welcome. trust me our cars are upto 13 yrs old, EVERYTHING has been done and discused on here. i am amazed at the amount of info that i still find on here. good luck with what i am assuming is your new gs.

ps no one in socal says "hella" that is a nor cal saying. lol
