DIY clearing Yellow Fogs

first one shows the glass chips and the second pic is the housing that broke with the multiple chips were i tried it at different spots NEITHER assembly would slide out and im a fairly competent guy so i cant really blame this 100% on my stupidity

i was going to reply to this earlier brian but i thought you would have done it. I opened mine up a while back to paint the inside black and yes i did the same way. I did 250 for 10 min. I stuck a screwdriver in each corner and instead of prying front to back i just stuck the screwdriver in between the plastic and glass and twisted to try and loosen it up. Once you get it seperated a lil bit then you can try to pry it out. If you need any more help pm me.

these were freebies from the pay it forward thread so i decided to experiment especially since the guy didnt package them well and broke the lens in the middle

dont have any pics of my car but have of my friends gs with the fogs black just to let you know if you are planning on running yellow fogs DONT paint your housings black. If you are going for 8000k and above you will be fine
