Default My 98 lexus gs400

I've been lurking the boards for a couple years now and finally bought my uncles gs4. 45,600 miles, never seen incliment weather, always stored in a heated and carpeted garage that never dropped below 65' (warmer then my house! Black with tan interior 100% stock and unmolested.
Here are some crappy pics taken with my blackberry, photoshoot soon to come.

Planned mods thus far:
Maintenance
20% tint all around
tte lip
19-20" wheels
de-badge
Grille (not sure which one)
window spoiler
possibly eye lids if i can find a set of dsr's
double din flatscreen in the dash w/ custom enclosure with 2x10" woofers

thats it for now. Thoughts?
I've been searching the forums and found out L-tuned.com is a popular site for lexus owners. Didn't see other ones that really stood out.
Any tips would be awsome and im excited to be a new gs400 owner.
Also any input on JP neckpads? I'd liek to scoop up a set but I dont think they come in tan so black would have to do.

actually cost me 58 bucks with the gas light on to a full tank. My previous 91 300zx only drank premium also so its nothing new to me. 50 bucks filled Z so only 8 bucks more.

thanks guys, a full photoshoot is coming soon after a full detail. Believe it or not, but shes DIRTY in those pics, including the engine bay.

I have a quick question about road noise. It sounds as if theres quite a bit coming from the front of the car? it's not that bad but I was under the impression these cars were quiet as heck

Check tire condition, pressure, and alignment. Some tires when worn can make LOTS of noise. Are those the original tires on it? These cars are quiet.

Congrats on the pickup about the noise, check for missing plugs underneath your car.

plugs?!?! what kind of plugs are we talking about here lol. As far as i know those current wheels are fairly new, waiting to hear back on the mileage on them and they are all the correct psi.

How does the tread wear look? Is it even all over? Any variations in the tread? Can you describe the noise you're hearing? Does it change with speed/rpm, etc.?
