Default Radio help radio help!

Got a little situation here. My 1999 GS300 radio light doesnt show anymore. So I bought another radio from my friend. BUT! We have 2 different kind of radio as OEM. I read in the manual supposedly i have TYPE A and he have TYPE B version.

MINE:

HIS:

His rear is different from mine. I only have 2 wires to fit in the middle part of his. Idk what the other are for.

So my question is: If I swap to his OEM radio, would it work for me?

I think this isn't going to work. You have the standard Pioneer headunit, whereas your friend has the Nakamichi headunit. I believe the wiring looms are different.

^^ He's right. You need to get another Pioneer radio (make sure it looks identical in every way to yours).
