Durability of the 1uz and a650e
Would you trust the motor and trans to around 350rwtq? its pretty much the minimum power I would accept in order to justify the expense of turbocharging. My understanding is that the VVt-i rods are fairly weak, although I would imagine maximum brake TQ(point of failure) would be a bit higher than 350 foot.
