Very true sir Thomas. I'll be calling Megan today. Mounts are definitely on my mind, somehow they just didn't make the list lol.

when you get one from a junkyard, salvage...they strip the hell out of it. Usually they take the injectors, intake, sensors, wire harness, starter..ect..

when you get a jdm you get the ps pump, alternator, starter, intake, all the plugs on the wiring harness ect....

Now in my garage i have a whole host of spares. i should not be buying parts for a long long while.

This is very true I've already called and asked around. Everyone strips them down.

oh I see...I was thinking the JDM version had something extra on the motor that US markets don't get. Thanks for clearing that up for me. Looking forward to your continued progress

Yup they will be found 1 torn. I was just curious to know if the SC mounts may have fit the GS ones. I'll call them back and ask if they would be interested in making GS ones. I do know the Trans/Elongated engine mounts fits as they share the same part number. So I may just try that megan part.

back to my progress in my thread.................... i dont even know if I should classify this as progress LOL

well yesterday was packed with surprises, wow's, ooo's, and awe's! Since I don't know what more to say I'll let the pics explain themselves. 5 of 8 pistons were "bad" but the cylinders feel re-hone able and un-scored.

Valve Cover Off

so I didn't expect anything less from the block - Heads Pulled
