It's probably not the actuators. When actuators fail, its normally the same door that doesn't lock when you try to lock it via master key or driver side lock switch. Its going to be a challenge to troubleshoot this and speculate all day. I would go to a professional to get this checked. Good luck!

I ended up paying the dealer for a diagnostic of the strange behavior and sure enough, all four locks have gone bad at once. Of all the crazy @#$%%! What the heck? Were those things on timers? Anyway, I ended up using the DIY here and replaced the motors and all work perfectly now.

I figured I would follow up on this post for those who have the same issue, so they won't get flamed like I did for "not using search" at least this way, they have an answer for their door locks acting goofy, instead of not working.

Dealer told me, they have only seen that once before and it would cost $1800 to fix. I completed the project for $40 and the worse part of it was finding the time and trying to beat the AZ heat. Otherwise, all went well.
