Hi CL,
I got this knock sensor code p0325 from lexus dealer. At the time, they checked harness and also recommend replacing starter if harness needs to be replaced.
Est to replace knock sensors is $1120, and est with harness and starter if necc is $3002.
I personally this is way too much, i dont really know how much parts cost but they said it's really hard to replace the knock sensors since it's hidden and blah blah...
Does anyone know how much is the sensor (s) cost? What price should be fair for this kind of job performance? Do i really needs the harness and starter replace when it's still starting great every attempt??
Any advice, comment would really appreciated.

I got this on Yahoo Answers, thought it said some helpful things. I know CEL are a pain in the ***, but sounds like good news it doesn't mean you're having a catastrophic failure, more like a bad sensor, or possibly a bad wiring harness.

Personally I wouldn't spend the money, especially the starter replacement when it's working just fine.
If you look in the Service Manual it should give you parts breakdown, and also Sewell Lexus parts site breaks things down pretty well and gives you pricing (I didn't actually look to see if it was in there).
What Model/Year are you driving? I saw some after market knock sensors available for GS4 for $160.
