Default philips 6000k HID on my blue gs400

so this labor day weekend i did my homework and installed / performed several mods on the car. the most important one of course is this -- philips 6000k hid to replace the original halogen. man what a difference. here are the pics

1. car in garage before mods. both headlight and fogs are using the same kind of halogen. very ugly....

you can hardly see it, but i have upgrade the passenger side headlight to HID already. notice how yellow the fog is? the lights are all on already. so you can imagine how white the headlight is.

ok... finally evening came..... this is the money shot 1.... remember how the stock halogen looks? well if you have forgotten it's ok, just look at the fogs in this pics. that's what my headlight used to look like....

and yup, that's 6000K in action

and for the record. when i got my hid i figured i will get yellow fogs in the future. however now my fogs look pretty yellow already huh? seriously from a distance you can't really tell my setup was actually no yellow fogs

Very nice indeed! I've been contemplating this. Where did you buy the kit?

well if you burned the wiring and stuff of course it wont' be covered under warranty, but i doubt you would unless you do something stupid.

got the philips 6000k 9006 kit for 460 shipped -- bulbs, ballasts, mounting braces, etc...
