I can understand the budget so I have some cash conscious mods for you.

1. Loose the lip-free
2. Ditch the zip tie's on the front plate-$20 or so for brackets, many people have come up with good ways to mount the front plate without drilling a hole in the car

As for the fenders, I know how it is to be a newb at something that you love, give it your best shot... and completely screw up hahaha

Lip is gone as of yesterday and yes on the mounts looking for Lexus frame but yes biblical fail on the Fenders

Have you rolled the rear fenders? If not, I think that should be your next mod, along with spacers. You dont want the fronts sticking out more than the rears. Then go with -neg camber as needed
Also, raise the rear to match with the front.

Looking good so far, just dont let these guys get you down. They just hatin'
