i had those lights come on and my mechanic changed the electronic throttle control and vvti solenoid. in my case it fixed all my problems. but just having those light can mean a lot of things.

Once its reset and if the codes show up again then you need to get it read. You dont necessarily need a lexus code reader; you just need a code reader/computer that can do abs systems and airbags, etc. The autozone hand held are mainly generic codes and a general code reader.

You can also use the paperclip to short the pins and count the blinking lights to get the codes.

do you also hear a whining noise? I had a similar problem where the abs, vsc lites comes on, couldn't find the problem. Kept on driving it. until one day my interior liites start to dim. Turn out to be an alernator problem... Try putting a load test and see what happen.

its a solid light that stays on, it all started after i changed the outer tie rod end and stabilizer link, i also took the caliper off and disc off! both sides and after installing everything back on, the lights came on!
